Random reboots make this device unreliable. It restarts by itself several times during use, disconnecting CarPlay/Android Auto unexpectedly. Very frustrating, especially while driving. I wouldn't recommend it until this issue is fixed.

Out of the box, the unit powers up and goes to a select language screen. Then the screen is frozen, and that's as far as it gets. Tried cycling power and the reset button but nothing helps.

I bougth the rear view mirror P12 in less than a year it disconects from my android phone bluethoth so often that it is annoying, I tried with another phone and the problem remains

Display went blank once booted up Took it to many experts but no success Bought another unit last year it worked for 9 months and it’s display has also gone blank I started up many times but no applications are displayed How to download or upgrade software
Ez install, wires hide ez, pairs right up w iPhone. So far so good.

Car play is not the best.
The device is set to a language other than English and I can’t find any instructions on how to set it to English nor can i read the labels in the device settings.

When it's going well, it's just good. You can hardly feel Wireless, but sometimes it's connected, and if you get off for a while without starting it off, and then get on again, it's disconnected. If you break the number, the connection will not be good again. A few off-and-on doesn't do well. And if you ride again the next day, it's good again. The update did. Is my car the problem...? I can use my own.
